Kasut Camper

hari ni tetiba plak aku teringat
satu brand kasut yang da lama gak aku berkenan.
CAMPER

tapi disebabkan 'faktot-faktor' tertentu
hajat aku tu terpaksa aku lupakan..
To be frank aku da penah beli kasut tu..
from a 2nd hand store, masa tu aku still study,
bought it for RM80/RM90.
aku beli kasut tu pun sebab this 1 boy yang memang suka gak kasut Camper..
(not a special someone tau!!)

Dia yang introduce aku kat kasut camper tu..(and i fall in love)
So biler aku jumpa kasut Camper tu kat kedai tu..
tak der la aku nak fikir pangjang..
beli jer la...

Seperti yang sedia maklum..
kasut ni kan ada unsur-unsur babi..
so dia nyer pad lining kasut da siap-siap tokey kedai tu buang,
so to make sure aku tak was-was,
aku pakai kasut tu with stoking..
(everytime..)

But
kasut tu sekarang da tak ader lagi,
entah la da pi mana..
sayang gak..

5:30am,
aku jumpa baby kat dalam bilik air,
she's dying...
aku kejut kan hubby aku..
thought, boleh kasi baby ubat and air or maybe something to eat..
so that she will be fine...
but..

da tiba masanya..'baby' memang da boleh diselamatkan lagi..

6:25am..
after dia muntah..
jatuh..
terbaring..
just certain part of her body yang bergerak..
so weak..
makin lama da tak bergerak lagi..

Mood Hari Raya

erm.. lagi 10 hari lagi,
kalau waktu kecik-kecik dulu mesti tak sabar.. sekarang ni, biasa jer.. excited nak raya tu memang la ada,

go to a salon (suggested by a friend of my.. )
get my hair done...

i actually want to straighten it, but change my mind

Not Feeling Well

I'm not feeling well today..
running nose, cough,sore throat ,fever likely,

But please don't be afraid...
semalam da jumpa DR,(Putra Specialist Hospital),
dia tak de cakap apa2(kalau2 simptom H1N1)
so meaning I'm safe(so far..)

Dr tu just bagi aku pain killer,
cough syrup, & Sore Throat Lozenges..

Dr tu relax jer, aku nyer tekak raser cam nak pecah.. hampeh tul...

kebosanan tahap gaban..

bukan la bosan dengan hidup aku...

H1N1 - KSM

Tujuh lagi kematian berkaitan
influenza A (H1N1) disahkan hari ini,
menjadikan jumlah kes kematian di negara ini seramai 51 orang..

Ya Allah... Besar sungguh ujian mu....

kat sini aku pun nak share sikit info pasal diz Virus..


Siapakah yang berisiko tinggi akibat jangkitan Influenza A (H1N1)?

1. Kanak-kanak berusia kurang 5 tahun

2. Individu berusia 65 tahun dan ke atas

3. Kanak-kanak dan remaja (< 18 tahun) yang menggunakan terapi aspirin untuk jangkamasa yang panjang
4. Wanita mengandung
5. Dewasa dan kanak-kanak dengan asma, penyakit pernafasan kronik obstruktif, kegagalan organ, penyakit kardiovascular, hepatik, heamatologikal, neurologik, neuromuscular atau masalah metabolik seperti Diabetes Mellitus
6. Dewasa dan kanak-kanan yang mengalami daya ketahanan yang rendah (immunosuppression) 7. Individu yang menginap di rumah kebajikan dan institusi penjagaan yang lain

Peranan Masyarakat Semasa Fasa Mitigasi

Masyarakat perlu mengetahui cara virus ini merebak.

* Influenza A (H1N1) virus berjangkit dari manusia kepada manusia melalui titisan cecair, (yang dikeluarkan semasa bercakap, batuk atau bersin).

* Mana-mana individu yang berhubung rapat (lebih kurang 1 meter) dengan individu yang mengalami gejala selesema (demam, bersin, batuk, hidung berair, menggigil, sakit sendi dan lain-lain adalah berisiko untuk mendapat jangkitan penyakit akibat dari titisan cecair.

* Oleh itu, masyarakat perlu mengambil langkah pencegahan berikut:

1. Amalkan kebersihan diri dan adab batuk yang betul

2. Amalkan kawalan jangkitan sama ada di rumah, tempat kerja atau pengangkutan awam

3. Peranan penutup mulut dan hidung (mask) dalam masyarakat

o Tiada bukti kukuh mengenai keberkesanan memakai mask di tempat awam. Namun, ia telah digunakan dalam ruang yang sesak/tertutup apabila berhubung dengan individu yang mengalami gejala selesema

o Individu boleh memakai penutup mulut dan hidung (surgical mask) di rumah dan di kalangan masyarakat, terutamanya jika mereka berhubung rapat dengan individu yang mengalami gejala influenza, contohnya semasa menjaga ahli keluarga yang sakit.

o Penggunaan mask membolehkan individu yang mengalami gejala influenza untuk menutup mulut dan hidung mereka bagi menghalang titisan cecair dari tersebar, salah satu kaedah adab batuk yang betul/baik.

o Surgical mask juga disyorkan kepada golongan yang berisiko tinggi apabila berada di kawasan yang sesak.

4. Pesakit dinasihatkan untuk tinggal di rumah, elakkan berhubung rapat dengan ahli keluarga yang lain serta mengambil langkah kawalan dan pencegahan dari menjangkiti mereka yang menjaga pesakit.

5. Sekiranya gejala influenza semakin teruk, pesakit hendaklah SEGERA mendapatkan rawatan di hospital.

6. Sekiranya individu yang tergolong dalam kumpulan yang berisiko tinggi mengalami gejala influenza, segera dapatkan rawatan awal

7. Elakkan berada di kawasan sesak dan seboleh-bolehnya tangguhkan/ batalkan / kurangkan menghadiri majlis keramaian

8. Dapatkan maklumat terkini mengenai situasi semasa dari sumber yang boleh dipercayai seperti Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia dan Pertubuhan Kesihatan Sedunia (WHO)

insyaallah.. dengan izin Nya.. dapat kita kurangkan risiko untuk dijangkiti virus ni....

Bumbung Stadium Gong Badak Runtuh

Bumbung utama Stadium Bolasepak Gong Badak, Terengganu yang dirasmikan oleh Sultan Terengganu tahun lalu, runtuh kira-kira jam 7.30 pagi ini. Perkara itu disahkan oleh timbalan pengerusi Majlis Permuafakatan Rakyat Terengganu (Mampat), Tengku Ahmad Tengku Hussein ketika dihubungi hari ini. Menurut lamanweb Mampat, kejadian itu mengakibatkan sebuah kereta kancul dan empat buah motosikal tertimbus. Sementara itu, seorang wartawan sambilan - Sazali Mohd Nor - yang dihubungi Malaysia di tempat kejadian berkata, stadium yang berusia kira-kira setahun ini berkapasiti menampung kira-kira 50,000 penonton. Menurutnya, stadium mempunyai dua bumbung - bumbung tinggi di sebelah kiri dan bumbung rendah di sebelah kanan. Sazali berkata, yang runtuh adalah kesemua bahagian bumbung tinggi di sebelah kiri. Sementara itu, sumber yang mengetahui mengenai projek tersebut, berkata beliau tidak terperanjat dengan kejadian tersebut. Menurutnya, juruperunding-juruperunding yang terbabit dalam projek tersebut telah lama menyuarakan kebimbangan mereka tentang keadaan bumbung utama stadium yang dibuat oleh kontraktor asing. Too Much Cola Can Cause Muscle Problems

Drinking too much cola can increase the risk of a muscle problem called hypokalemia, experts warn.
In people with hypokalemia, a drop in blood potassium levels results in problems with vital muscle functions. Symptoms can range from mild weakness to serious paralysis, say Greek researchers who conducted a review of people who drank between two to nine liters of cola a day.


Two of the patients were pregnant women who were admitted to hospital with low potassium levels. One was a 21-year-old woman who drank up to three liters of cola a day and complained of fatigue, appetite loss and persistent vomiting. An electrocardiogram revealed she had a heart blockage, and blood tests showed she had low potassium levels, the researchers explained in a news release.

The second pregnant patient, who'd consumed up to seven liters of cola a day for 10 months, had low potassium levels and was suffering from increasing muscular weakness, the researchers noted.


Both patients made a rapid and full recovery after they stopped drinking cola and took oral or intravenous potassium. The case studies are described in the June issue of the International Journal of Clinical Practice.


"We are consuming more soft drinks than ever before, and a number of health issues have already been identified including tooth problems, bone demineralization and the development of metabolic syndrome and diabetes," and there's increasing evidence that excessive cola consumption leads to hypokalemia, Dr. Moses Elisaf, of the University of Ioannina, said in the news release.

Elisaf said the three most common ingredients in cola -- glucose, fructose and caffeine -- can contribute to hypokalemia.


"The individual role of each of these ingredients in the pathophysiology of cola-induced hypokalemia has not been determined and may vary in different patients," Elisaf said. "However, in most of the cases we looked at for our review, caffeine intoxication was thought to play the most important role. This has been borne out by case studies that focus on other products that contain high levels of caffeine but no glucose or fructose."

However, "caffeine-free cola products can also cause hypokalemia because the fructose they contain can cause diarrhea," Elisaf said.
